HOAFollowing the recent annual membership meeting, our new HOA Board of Directors met in March to appoint new officers. We are pleased to introduce our new HOA President, Kirsten Uebrig. Kirsten will replace Kathleen Moreo, who has served as President for the last two years. Kathleen will remain on the Board as Immediate Past President and a Member-at-Large.

Kirsten Uebrig, President has served on the Seven Isles HOA Board of Directors for three years, initially as the Community Outreach Chairperson, and then also as a Member-at-Large. Professionally, she serves as Director of Operations for BBX Capital, a publicly traded holding company. In this role, she oversees Project Management, Business Continuity, and Facilities Management. She also works closely with the portfolio of companies on their strategic planning and initiative execution. She has been with the BBX Capital family of companies for over 17 years. In her volunteer roles, Kirsten also serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Broward and the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Equine Assisted Therapies of South Florida. She has lived on Delmar Place and been an HOA member for four years along with her husband, Sebastian, and 11-year-old son, Soren.

Bob Lietz, Vice President has continuously served as vice president for many years and has also been a street representative for Castille Isle for a number of years. Bob lives on Castille with his wife, Kimberly.

Debbie Fitzgerald, Treasurer has continuously served as treasurer since 2020 and has been largely responsible for improving the organization’s revenues. She lives on Barcelona with her husband, John.

Donna Zalter, Secretary has continuously served as secretary since 2021, and has served on the Board for the past two years, also as Sea Island street representative. She lives on Sea Island with her husband, Eric and children.

Kathleen Moreo, Past President, served as president since 2020 and has served on the Board for the past three years, initially as Delmar street representative. She lives on Delmar with her husband, Jim.

Additionally, two well known board members have rotated off the board after many years of outstanding service to Seven Isles. Howard Steinholz retired from the Board after many, many years of service, including a long tenure as President. The amount of time Howard dedicated to Seven Isles cannot be counted in days but in decades. He has been a force in the community. Mark Conroy has moved from Seven Isles and therefore, stepped down after serving for many years as the Aqua Vista Street Representative. Mark has always been a voice of reason on the Board, bringing his keen sense of business. Both Howard and Mark will be greatly missed.
