Supervisor Deandrea Franklin
Morning Shift
Supervisor Deandrea Franklin is a seasoned and dependable security professional proudly serving as a site supervisor at Seven Isles. With over eight years of experience in the security field and credentials including both a D and a concealed weapons license, Supervisor Franklin brings strong leadership and a steady presence to the community. Known for her vigilance and reliability, she plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors alike. Beyond her professional duties, Supervisor Franklin is a devoted mother to five children. She enjoys traveling, catching up on sports, and spending Sunday mornings at brunch. Her ability to balance leadership, service, and family life reflects her strong character and unwavering dedication. Supervisor Franklin works the first shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and remains available on call when needed.
Officer Rolanda Wells
Afternoon Shift
Officer Rolanda Wells is a dynamic and dedicated security professional. Originally from Florida and raised in Georgia, Officer Wells brings both Southern warmth and a strong work ethic to her role. Since beginning her security career in the field in 2017, she has gained valuable experience in gatehouse operations, rover patrols, foot patrol, access control, and screening. She holds both a D and G license and takes pride in the professionalism and attention to detail she brings to every assignment. Outside of work, Officer Wells enjoys staying active through running, dancing, and working on cars. Her adventurous spirit extends to modeling and traveling, with a love for discovering new places across the U.S. and abroad. A big fan of steak and potatoes, she also enjoys dining out and spending time at arcades with her kids as a fun way to unwind. Officer Wells is excited to bring her skills and enthusiasm to the Seven Isles community. She currently works second shift, Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Officer Uguent Gille
Overnight Shift

Officer Uguent Gille is one of our new Team Members that has worked at the Seven Isles Community for many years. He is transitioning to SIG 9 Global and will be a great asset in assisting SIG 9 Global and our Seven Isles’ Security Team with acclimating ourselves and getting to know the Residential Community. Officer Gille is assigned to work Thursday through Monday 11pm-7am.
Officer Christopher Dorvil
Split Shifts
Officer Christopher Dorvil is a goal oriented and dedicated security professional with six years of experience in the private security industry. Born and raised in South Florida, he brings valuable local knowledge and a strong understanding of gatehouse operations, supervisory rover duties, foot patrols, and access control. His calm, reliable presence and commitment to teamwork make him a strong asset to the Seven Isles community. Chris’s approach to security is shaped by both professional expertise and personal values. He takes pride in applying his skills with consistency, leadership, and attention to detail. Off duty, he enjoys watching sports, biking, and spending quality time with his family, moments that continue to inspire his drive and work ethic. He works Sunday 7am–11pm, Monday 3pm–11pm, Tuesday 11pm–7am, and Saturday 7am–3pm.
Officer Nilson Wilson
As Needed
Officer Nilson Wilson is a new member of the SIG 9 Global team, bringing a reliable and dedicated approach to maintaining safe and orderly environments. With five years of professional experience in the security field, including coordination with law enforcement, he brings valuable knowledge and practical skills to his role. Nilson is focused on continuously developing his abilities in security and public safety while positively serving the community. Outside of work, Nilson is family-oriented and values strong relationships and teamwork, both on and off the job. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, sports, and gaming, reflecting on his balanced approach to work and life. His dedication, reliability, and attentive presence are valuable assets to both the security team and the residents he serves. Officer Wilson is assigned to work on Wednesday evenings from 2300-0700.
Officer Stephane Simeon
As Needed
Officer Stephane Simeon is a dedicated security professional who joined the SIG 9 Global Team in 2021. He has extensive experience in patrol operations, crime mitigation, and resident engagement across multiple locations in a high-volume 55+ residential community. Known for his vigilance, strong work ethic, and ability to detect and address suspicious activity, Officer Simeon maintains a spotless performance record. He is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Information technology at Broward f a career in Cyber Security. A Fort Lauderdale native, Officer Simeon enjoys music production, videography, and problemsolving challenges in his free time. He is a proud member of a military family and values continuous growth and education. Officer Simeon is an SRT Officer and will be assisting with coverages and time off requests as needed
Officer Manange Tido
As Needed
Officer Manange Tido is a seasoned and committed security professional with nearly ten years of experience in the field. She holds both D and G State Licenses and is recognized for her diligence and exceptional observational skills, which enhance her ability to detect and identify potential risks for effective mitigation and prompt response. Her professionalism and unwavering commitment to supporting her colleagues made her the perfect fit as the visiting Officer at the Seven Isles Community during Supervisor Deandrea Franklin’s maternity leave. A self-proclaimed foodie, she also delights in trying new cuisines and broadening her culinary horizons. Officer Tido is proud to contribute to the safety and well-being of the Seven Isles community. Officer Tido’s visiting schedule until is Monday through Friday from 7am until 3pm for the duration of Supervisor Franklins maternity leave.
Steve Cady
Owner
Steve has over 25 years of professional law enforcement experience during a career that started in 1989. During Steve’s career he attended hundreds of hours of advanced leadership training and earned his Master’s Degree in Executive Management from Saint Thomas University. Additionally, Steve is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute Command Officer’s Development Course. After retirement Steve founded SIG 9 Global, a security and investigative agency that is based in South Florida, with the goal a providing extraordinary security and investigative solutions while providing first class customer service. Additionally, Steve was a contract security provider and consultant for the Miami Dolphins for several years and still provides a significant number of investigative resources to the organization. Steve is currently the NFL Security Representative for South Florida.
James “Jim” Fondo
Owner
Jim started his professional career in law enforcement in 1982 serving in many different capacities. During Jim’s 30-year career he earned a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Florida Atlantic University. He is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from the Center for Advanced Criminal Justice Studies and in June of 2011, Jim graduated from the FBI National Academy Class 245 in Quantico, Virginia. In 2009 as supervisor of the Broward Sheriff’s Office Homeland Security Unit, Jim was granted secret security clearance by the FBI to be briefed on terrorism related events through the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). Jim and his wife Jen Klaassens-Fondo are heavily involved in supporting our community. He is a board member of ARC Broward and is a member of Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk. Also, Jim supports 211 Broward, as well as many local charitable events held within South Florida.
Jessica L. Cady
Chief Executive Officer
Jessica L. Cady obtained her Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology, Business and a Master’s Degree in Business with General Management. Jessica has studied, developed, and implemented an unprecedented company culture trend in the security industry for the clients and employees. This culture has established higher standards and proven higher retention for client and employee success. Her passion for analytics has driven her to understand and reinvent the need for leadership and development in the upcoming workforce. She specializes in Maritime Security and Structural Facilities (including the United States’ Seaports) which she has written various policies for, specializing in anti-terrorism. She takes pride in securing facilities and evaluating vulnerabilities to remedy deficiencies and create high-level security plans.
