The judges’ verdict is in! The Seven Isles Homeowners Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce the prize winners of our 2020 Fall/Halloween house decorating contest:

  • Scariest house: The Case residence at 2509 Aqua Vista Blvd
  • Most Creative house: The Braun residence at 221 Seven Isles Drive
  • Best Fall house: The Lochrie residence at 2330 DeSota Drive
  • Judges Choice: The Krammer residence at 2606 DelMar Place

We couldn’t have hosted this year’s Halloween contest without the generous time and donations of some special Seven Isles residents:

  • Thank you to the Steinholz and Lochrie families for their generous cash donations, which will also be used to support our December holiday contest (see details below).
  • Thank you to UnboxSweetness.com for the Trick Or Treat Yo’Self” Halloween boxes boasting over two pounds of sweet and spooky treats for our winners.
  • Thank you to Debbie Fitzgerald, Carol Mashek, and Richie and Julie Gerber for volunteering as our spooktacular judges.
  • Last and most importantly, thank you to Kirsten Uebrig of Delmar Place for chairing our Halloween event for the second year in a row.

The fun is just beginning — it’s time to get festive! This year, Seven Isles will be celebrating the month of December with a Holiday House Decorating Contest. Judges will select three winning homes. These residents will receive fantastic prizes and, of course, bragging rights as this year’s most festive neighbors. Visit sevenisleshoa.com for developing details.

We are so very lucky to reside in this wonderful community. If you would like to be a part of the Seven Isles community events, either through donations, ideas, or participation, please contact Kirsten Uebrig via our Seven Isles mailbox at hoa.sevenisles@gmail.com.

Sincerely,
Kathleen Moreo, President
on behalf of the Seven Isles HOA Board of Directors
