Dear Neighbors,
Our HOA community members are the backbone of Seven Isles. They regularly pay the security dues because they want the benefits of living in Seven Isles….not just the security part, but the community’s camaraderie, as well. Except for the short-term renters, most residents who care about the Seven Isles community want the safest and most friendly neighborhood community for their families and realize they need to pay the security dues to achieve this. Those who don’t fall off because of reasons only they know.
I have lived in Seven Isles for 36 years and we have greatly improved our community lifestyle by good neighbors. When I moved here from west Broward, there were only two security guards and no full-time security service. We have grown to become a wonderful community mostly because of those who have regularly paid their dues.
My family grew up in Seven Isles along with our dogs and other animals, and they have all been safe. Community improvements have been developed by those who have been good homeowners and who reached out to the City for betterment, and the City provided financial assistance.
On my street of Barcelona Drive, I know who will contribute to the HOA and those who elect not to participate. Those are the residents that seem to care little about our community. My point here is that those who care about the community participate and will pay their dues regularly, and those who don’t may never pay. Meanwhile, the HOA board continues our efforts to spread the word about the importance and value of each resident paying their security dues. I hope everyone understands how great this community is and what it takes to keep it great.
